Municipal Permit Information Guide
General Permit Requirements
While specific requirements vary by municipality, the following items are standard for most permit applications, including asphalt and driveway work:
- Plat of Survey: A recent, scaled survey showing existing structures and the proposed area of work.
- Contractor Registration: Parisi Paving is already a registered contractor for the towns below, fully licensed, bonded and insured. Our address for your permit is 28662 Northwest Hwy. Unit 3 Barrington, IL 60010
- Detailed Estimate/Proposal: A signed contract from Parisi Paving who will be performing the work.
- Homeowners Association (HOA) Approval: Required if you live in a governed community. Certificate of Insurance will be provided as needed.
- JULIE Underground Utility Request: 1 to 2 weeks before your project will begin, Parisi Paving will schedule JULIE to come out and mark the property.
- Permit Number: Once permit is approved, you will receive a permit number that you will share via text or email to our team in order to be scheduled.
